Sintered Alumina

“Aluminite®” is a high-purity sintered alumina with Al2O3 content of 99.5% or more. It has a dense internal structure because it is pressure-molded using a dry process, dried, and then sintered in a rotary kiln at a high temperature close to its melting point (2,050℃). It has high thermal conductivity and melting point, and is resistant to thermal shock and abrasion.

Synthetic Mullite

“Synthetic mullite” is a product that we are the first in the world to start producing in a rotary kiln. The uniform and high-purity raw materials are mixed using a wet method and sintered at a high temperature close to the melting point (1,850℃), giving the material a dense needle-like structure. This product has high thermal conductivity and melting point, and is highly resistant to corrosion by glass and slag.

Sintered Spinel

“Sintered spinel” is MgO/Al2O3 spinel. It has a uniform and dense structure because it is made by mixing carefully selected raw materials using a wet method, then molding and sintering. It is a product with excellent volume stability, with high chemical stability and resistance to erosion by both alkali and acid.

CERABEADS®

"Cerabeads®" is a spherical artificial ceramic sand made by sintering carefully selected raw materials at high temperatures. It was developed in 1986 as the world's first artificial casting sand, and its uses have expanded since then. It is manufactured in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and we provide stable quality under strict manufacturing management. The structure is made of dense mullite crystals, has low thermal expansion, and is excellent in heat resistance and crush resistance. It is suitable for repeated use, and has a sales record of use in casting industrial for over 30 years. In addition, it contains an extremely low amount of crystalline silica, which contributes to reducing the risk of health damage caused by dust.

Carbon-Neutral Catalyst

Contact

AERONITE

The bimodal catalyst carrier "AERONITE®," developed through an entirely new concept, and the "AERONITE Catalyst," developed by optimally utilizing this carrier. By optimizing catalytic reactions at the structural level, we achieve high efficiency and durability. In the carbon-neutral field, we deliver a range of catalysts for carbon-neutral applications, focusing on the Steam Reforming catalyst capable of producing H2, and various "CO2 resource catalyst" for utilizing CO2, all developed and manufactured in-house.

Alumina silica sand

This ceramic aggregate contains approximately 45% alumina and 50% silica and is primarily used in the back layers of precision casting molds. We handle a variety of particle sizes.

Colloidal silica

This liquid is made by dispersing approximately 30% silica particles in water, and is primarily used as a binder for precision casting molds.
